Despite the absence of knobs and faders (like the APC40) Novation’s Automap functionality gives the Launchpad an advantage over the more tactile competitor. (Perhaps a BCR2000 could pick up the knobby slack.) The potential for use with Reaktor and VJ apps makes this a real winner.
